With over 28 years of experience, he has played significant roles in shaping governance and public life. One of Nitish’s notable achievements was his tenure as a Minister in the Government of Bihar, spanning from 2005 to 2015. During this time, he introduced transformative changes to the governance landscape, setting new standards for innovation, transparency, and public service delivery. He recognized the potential of Information Technology (IT) as a powerful tool for improving public services and ensured its effective implementation to benefit the people.   • Contested Six (6) consecutive Bihar Assembly Elections(2000 – 2020) from Jhanjharpur Assembly Constituency (District – Madhubani)
  • Elected to 13th, 14th, 15th and 17th Bihar Vidhan Sabha. He Secured 94854 votes (52.47%) and won with a margin of 41788 Votes in Bihar Assembly Election, held in November 2020.
